Update Client with new probes

The new probes are:

• Where there any hesitation voices in this audio? (i.e.: "um", "uh')
• Did the speaker produce any artifacts or words before the target word? (i.e: "an apple", "the apple", "that's an apple", rather than just "apple")
• Did the speaker stutter or produce any incomplete utterances? (i.e: "oran... I mean, apple")
