Added Unit Testing and added Check Typo functionality

Run "npm test" for unit testing for file-filter.js and excel.js

Now the backend can check if the excel file contains any typos, if:

  • The Sample and CORRECT columns are not the same
  • L and R columns does not contain the Sample
